      I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY SUCCESS STORY
      I started suffering from insomnia about 6 years ago and it got progressively worse. I have tried every sleep aid in the book, nothing worked. 3 to 4 hours of groggy sleep was a good night for me! Usually less. It was terrible. Also for years I had a regular discomfort in my breast bone, like I wanted to burp but couldn’t and this discomfort also made me feel anxious. Anyway after a lot of research and then doing the “baking soda” test I came to the conclusion I have no stomach acid. You need stomach acid to digest food and to absorb all the nutrients. I read that good for helping with low stomach acid is Ginger. So I started drinking Ginger and Lemon tea, a couple of cups in the morning on an empty stomach and I also started taking a good quality multi vitamin and mineral supplement a day, I CANNOT believe how much my sleep has improved. 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep is now normal for me. I cannot believe the difference this has made. If anyone thinks this could be their problem, it would be worth a try. No one knows more than me how horrible insomnia is. I hope this helps someone.
