illogical and weird thoughts when falling asleep

      Hi everyone.

      I have weird insomnia, After falling asleep immediately I awake after seconds, not once more than 20 time each day, also I have weird and illogical thoughts at the time I am falling asleep.

      Dose anyone know what is this? I am suffering since 2020 until now, this is impact my life hardly.

            Waking is a normal part of sleep and the human brain is a thought generating machine — so it’s not unusual to notice it generating weird or illogical thoughts.

            If you are concerned about your sleep or the thoughts you are noticing, I would encourage you to speak with your doctor.
