I’m having sleep issues

      So this is my first n I’m having sleep issues. Most of the times I go to sleep when I’m in bed n sometimes I don’t. When I do fall sleep I wake up in the middle of the night and I struggle to go to sleep. I’ve tried using melatonin, lemon balm n practiced good sleep hygiene. What do you recommend?

        Do nothing. Learn to ignore it. The problem of insomnia is you defined it into existence, from being non-existent, literally. So it is really a product of your own mind.

        Learn to accept whatever sleep your body gives you, there is no right or wrong, whatever your body gets is always the right one. Good luck.
