      Hello>>
      I have had insomnia for approximately three years due to horrible sleep hygiene. I get into bed between 11:00PM and 2:00AM with my iPad. I read myself to sleep using my iPad and then I usually wake up about 3:AM and cannot go back to sleep. Since I was an idiot regarding sleep hygiene I would then again turn on my iPad and read in bed. I would sometimes go back to sleep and I would sometimes not. Upon waking in the morning I would again grab my iPad and stay in bed reading for a couple of hours. NOW>>>since I started Martin’s free course, I keep the iPad in another room, read a book for 10>15 minutes before going to sleep, wake around 3:00AM to use the bathroom, get back into bed, fall asleep, wake up about 7:00AM and GET.OUT.OF.BED! Although I have only been doing this for about 10 days my sleep is SOOOO much better. Thank you Martin, for all you have done to change my life for the best!!
