I have suffered insomnia since my late teens and over the years it would ease off with the help of really late nights out where I would sleep at 4am till lunchtime but I have responsibilities now…I’m not 18 anymore
Then I began smoking marijuana joints in my early 20’s as well as keeping a full time job and running a household however I experienced alot of headaches from weed and gave it away only to have a baby a short time later at age 25 which saw me sleep early hours in the morning wen my baby slept
Moving forward from that the sleep became worse and worse going 4 days with no sleep and then sleeping once in a week and it wasn’t the baby it was me and it was through exhaustion… baby slept great
by the time I was 29 I was advised to try sleeping tablets which worked short term as did anxiety tablets and they all had a come down affect for me from head to toe..
I stopped this on and off after a few years
Turned back to smoking joints for a year and then wiped my hands of everything…aged 32 im now 44
Since then ive barely slept and have had two week bouts of insomnia attacks and still been able to function like that you of a well abled baby died sleepers
Right now it’s been 6 days straight and counting
      I eat healthy
      exercise
      Don’t smoke or drink
      And work split bar shifts

      Would love done advice

Holly, sorry to hear of your dilemma. I was in the same boat for a few month. All I can say is take Martin’s course. It will really help you. My sleep problems/insomnia are now under control. There are several things you need to learn in order to be cured. The course covers these and I’m confident it will do the trick.
