      My insomnia started when i was having a surgery. It was done in two days meaning 2 days anesthesia. After that i didnt sleep anymore.

        How long ago was your surgery, Ludivina? At the current time, when do you usually go to bed at night, when do you get out of bed to start your day, and roughly how many hours of sleep do you get on a typical night?

          Actually, it was stomach endoscopy for 15 to 20 min. In the first day was the examination and in the second das was the removal of polyp so another 20 min. After that i got insomnia. And after 2 months in the Psychiatry, i got daily tension headaches.
          I am taking olanzapine for almost two years now. Usually i go to bed shortly before 8 pm and wake up at 4 am. I get 4 to 6 hours of sleep per night or nothing at all. How i wish to sleep normal without drug.

            If you go to bed around 8:00 PM and get out of bed at 4:00 AM, you are allotting eight hours for sleep. If you typically average between four and six hours of sleep you might find it helpful to allot a bit less time for sleep to reduce the amount of time you spend awake at night and build sleep drive.
