      I battled with insomnia beginning Christmas Eve 2017. After almost 5 years, it’s almost gone. The only remaining problem I have is how to remain asleep for 7-8 hours as I occasionally wake up in the middle of the night but not being able to fall asleep again.

      Last night, I slept at 11 pm. No problem falling asleep but I woke up around 3:10 am after a nightmare. I couldn’t fall asleep anymore. I was regretting my decisions of not courting a girl. Could she be the one for me???
