I am not 100% sure if everyone has mentioned it but I couldn't really find much so I am wondering what causes your insomnia? Do you know? When it started how long did it take for people to take you seriously?
Do you have any little quirks that help you sleep better? If married or not does sex help you? What about crying? releasing stress on a punching bag, anything at all?
I have myself tried lots of medicines, fruits, and I do not believe in homeopathy, it isn't science and it is dangerous, and unless any all natural ideas are backed by scientific evidence I think it is dangerous to try and use them as treatment for medical problems like insomnia or anything.
I am always bothered when I see blogs about sleep problems talking about taking bags and bags of certain fruits, types of plants etc and blending them with something. It's dangerous and most blogs and sites talking about sleeping problem are not backed by any scientific evidence.

My insomnia comes from my chronic pain. When I first joined this site I said I didn't know, but I just didn't know 100% and wanted to exhaust all other options first and I have and my doctors have told me it is from my chronic pain in my back and left leg. Which makes sense because on every pain scale my pain that I am in is worse than childbirth 24/7.
Cancer is 26. Child birth is 32, my leg is about 34 and my back is about 36. Out of 50.
It took a few years for people to believe me and recognize mine. Doctors didn't want to help me because they thought I just wanted pills.
Nothing has ever worked for me as in all natural etc.
Anyone?
