      I have battled with insomnia for about 10 years. More recently a lot worse due to a personal trauma and have relied on sleeping pills as a crutch however it has got to the point that I was taking 5 times the recommended dosage to get any sleep as the effect wore off, so I am now coming off them slowly (hopefully for good) but realize that it’s gonna get harder before it gets easier. I will try and let sleep happen naturally just the way it should be.
