      I don’t have a problem falling as sleep, but staying sleep as long as my body needs (~8 hrs) is my problem. I used to have hyperthyroidism and that caused insomnia. However, I’ve been eating marijuana for 4 yrs and it helps, except that it makes me stupid! Now I want to quit MJ and be able to sleep enough on my own.

      When I had hyperthyroid, my family Dr didn’t give me anything useful to help sleeping. He doesn’t believe in MJ even though it proven work for me too. So I’m reluctant to see family Dr/traditional Dr, but I’m not too sure if I rule the traditional path too quickly.

      What kind of Dr would you see?
