      Hi all I’m joining this forum to maybe get some insight into curring this insomnia for good . I battled with insomnia back in 2020 and it caused me a lot of anxiety I battled this for several months.Well roll on 2023 and its back. I’m trying to figure out how to best use CBT-I and would like to hear others experiences and journey.
