A typical night for me is falling a sleep and waking in 4 hours and not being able to fall back to sleep

When do you normally go to bed at night, and when do you get out of bed in the morning? When you wake during the night, what do you think is stopping you from falling back to sleep?

I normally go to bed around 11PM and get up unground 7 Even though I haven’t slept all that time I really do not know why I can not get back to sleep

From what you’ve said, you are currently allotting eight hours for sleep — but we know that you are currently managing to get around four hours of sleep. So, by default, you are pretty much guaranteeing yourself around four hours of wakefulness during the night.

As a first step to getting your sleep back on track, you will likely find it helpful to follow a more appropriate sleep window. You can read more about this in my article about sleep restriction for insomnia.
