Here I go again. Monday  9:00 am and I’m tired and sleepy. Took getting up 3 times in 2 hours to fall asleep (10:30pm -12:30 am)….first time walked around for a few minutes….second time ate a half a bowel of cereal, third time I was sweating (cool but humid) and turned the AC on….Next morning, Up at 6:30 am and a zombie at 9am….

        Same shit, different morning.

Could be my RLS. Restless Leg Syndrome. Seems like I can go back to sleep, but only for a half hour or so and then I have to get up again. I’m taking 50mg of Lyrica 2 hrs. before I go to “sleep”. I’m not getting into those restful sleep modes/cycles either. Something is not recharging me!

When you wake during the night, do you feel as though it’s the leg sensations associated with RLS that are making it hard for you to fall back to sleep? Did you ever have an overnight sleep study to see if you were moving your legs while asleep at night?
