I have been really struggling with severe insomnia sleeping 3-4 hours most every day despite combining sleeping aids and CBD/THC and trying everything I can for over 1 month now. I have also developed some anxiety and depression from it, and I am feeling discouraged every day as another sleepless night occurs. I have not found a sleeping aid combo that works for me and am feeling very lost because I can’t get sleep, not even artificial sleep.

I can’t rest, no matter how tired I am. I cannot even take naps anymore, even if I am beyond exhausted. My brain struggles to make that transition to sleep. I work at a fast growth tech startup and I had 1 stressful night that turned into this sleeplessness.

Please let me know if any of you have had a similar experience, have any tips, or any words of encouragement is helpful!!

It sounds as though you’ve been trying really hard to fix your sleep issues and been trying a lot of different sleep aids. Since you are here today, it seems as though those things haven’t been effective over the long term, so perhaps a different approach might be helpful?

If you agree, a good place to start might be this page on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).

        I hope this helps!
