      Hi group
      Have had insomnia for 15 years now, have seen sleep doctors, lost 5 stone in weight
      Currently taking 3 x 7.5mg to get off to sleep I buy of the Internet but feel thay are not working as before
      Body status
      6 foot 3
      19 stone
      Average steps per day 7000
      Severe Asthma
      Use ventolin and symbicord inhaler
      Any guidance would be appreciated
