      After a period of hospital stay over Christmas,my sleep has been affected terribly. Once I am awake I can’t go back to sleep .the worrying about the next day how will I cope and the everyday tasks are becoming too much effort. Tiredness body aches feeling like it’s the end if the day at 7.30am in the morning..feeling like u are the only one who suffers like this.inside your got so much frustration but are sooo tired and fed up 😫 I need help.
