      Hi-
      I have been an insomnia sufferer for the past 20 years. It started when I started by career and all the stress that was brought on by it. It eventually turned into a fear of not getting enough sleep and then I became more dependent on using something to sleep. I started to tell myself I was a bad sleeper, that I can’t sleep well, and became a perfectionist about sleep. I am trying to retrain my brain to enjoy sleep, to let it happen naturally, to relax throughout the day so I can be relaxed at night, and to work on my overall anxiety level. This blog helps so much about my sleep attitude and I feel like I am making progress!
