      Hi, all,

I’m new here, and struggling with ongoing insomnia issues, as I assume everyone here is as well.

I have some recurring issues that are making it extremely challenging to fall asleep or stay asleep. Such as…

      1). OAB (4-6 times a night)
2). Hip pain that gets worse as I don’t sleep.
3). I get really hot in bed at night, and can’t sleep when I am hot. (I live in Texas 🙁 )
4). Sleep issues started as reaction to mentally abusive relationship and I hold onto a LOT of anger about it, which seems to all come up as I am trying to go to sleep.

I’m actually not sure if all of these things will be resolved with this course, which is why I am reluctant, but, am looking forward to feedback.

Thank you to everyone for having me!

        Welcome to the forum, Ally!

As I am sure you realize, there’s not a whole lot we can do about waking caused by OAB but there are things that can be done to reduce prolonged nighttime wakefulness and improve sleep quality so I think you’ll still find the course helpful since it will help to build sleep drive, strengthen the body clock, and lower arousal — all things that can perpetuate sleep disruption.
