Intermittent fasting can improve sleep?

      Last time everyone talks about intermittent fasting and I found many article writing about taht fasting can improve sleep.I didnt find studies about that but still thinking that maybe could be good idea to implement fasting to reach better sleep becouse many people practicing intermittent fasting experince better and deeper sleep.
      Any comments or experince about that?

        Since our diet is not something that perpetuates chronic insomnia, intermittent fasting is unlikely to improve sleep in someone with chronic insomnia.

        Attention and efforts are probably better directed towards addressing the thoughts and behaviors that do perpetuate chronic insomnia — and a great way to do this is by implementing evidence-based cognitive and behavioral techniques for insomnia!
