I have not been active on the forum and have not been doing the classes in some months. After finishing the 5 first weeks.

I have been seeking professional help outside and had a big reaction to that. After some time I started sleeping again. For more than a month, maybe two with no medication.

I have made some new discoveries about my life, and my insomnia have been back in the worst way. Im positive it will be better, maybe the same thing as last time is happening. And that it could lead to some needed changes.

Have any of you been thinking that insomnia could be a symtom of some other things in life that need to be repaired or changed?

Yes insomnia can be described as a symptom. Of your obsession with sleep.
