For the past few years, I’ve had what most call delayed sleep phase syndrome, where I go to sleep and wake up around 2 hours later, so I have a 26 hour body clock. My plan to fix this is to have better sleep habits (like regulate light around me, go bed only when I’m tired, not to eat around 3 hours before sleep, appropriate unwinding), then wake up 15-30 mins earlier than usual everyday to gradually go back to my normal routine. I was thinking that waking up earlier would make me tired earlier, since the goal to reverse sleeping later would be to sleep earlier.

I’ve also tracked my sleep and was wondering if it’s healthy or not?

      Cheers!

Apart from your sleep schedule, I don’t see anything there that should be of concern. What I will say is take data provided by any consumer sleep tracking device with a grain of salt since they can only guess which stage of sleep you are in because they do not measure brainwave activity.
