      Hi everyone, I look forward to connecting with this group. I suffer from insomnia for the first time in my life, starting about 6 months ago. I have no trouble falling asleep, but wake up early and have a really hard time falling back asleep. What started it all for me was a change at work, and now it feels like I “forgot” how to sleep! I look forward to connecting with the group and hearing from your experiences, and hopefully (re)learning better sleep behaviors.

        Welcome to the forum! How are you getting on since you posted? Why do you think you find it hard to fall back to sleep when you wake? Have you tried allotting a bit less time for sleep to help reduce the amount of time you spend awake during the night?
