I experience a deep, seething envy whenever I see my kids eating Oreos.
They just introduced them into the UK a year or two ago, didn't they? I take it they're selling well?

October 20, 2011 at 6:08 pm #12851Well we used to live in the states. But I don't know when they introduced them here.

Well, they seem to sell well in any stores I walk past 😉

October 25, 2011 at 8:11 pm #12856This thread just reminded me that I picked up a bag of locally made sour fizzy cola bottle gummies the other day. Time to dash out to the car and get them!! 😉

October 26, 2011 at 12:52 am #12857Ritz crackers — once I start I can't stop. Oh, and don't put a pint of ice cream in front of me either, especially Oreo Cookies 'n Cream or Starbucks Mocha. Okay, and peanut butter too, straight from the jar, on a big spoon.

I love crunchy peanut butter straight from the jar 😀 I started eating it like that because it helps curb my sugar cravings, but over the years I really just love to have a spoon of it every now and then for no reason other than because I want to.
October 28, 2011 at 1:39 am #12859Our supermarket has the peanut crusher – a big hopper of peanuts and you switch it on and fill a tub of freshly made peanut butter. One ingredient – peanuts. Crunchy and delicious!

OMG s much jealousy. That sounds amazing.
October 31, 2011 at 10:18 pm #12861It's pretty cool – comes out pretty thick and dry if you store it in the fridge though, since there are no emulsifiers and what not in there – just 100% crushed peanuts. They also do an almond one, but that sounds a bit adventurous.

October 31, 2011 at 11:20 pm #12862I would love to try or make cashes butter. Oh that sounds so good! I love cashews. I'm not too fond of peanuts, though I do eat them from time to time.
October 31, 2011 at 11:30 pm #12863Has anyone ever gotten hooked on that lovely stuff called Nutella?? I can't even allow a jar in my kitchen — I won't stay away from it. Spread it on Ritz (of course!) and also pretzels — oh, yum. Maybe I'll treat myself soon.

The only sandwiches my son eats regularly are nutella and peanut butter sandwiches.
My mum likes to eat it out of the jar 😀 I used to do so, but alas, cannot now. I say, treat yourself today!
