Well the Zopiclone made my insomnia worse. It has improved since I stopped the zopiclone. I don’t use any electronic devices any more or play any electronic game in the nightime. I read for a while before I go to bed which helps. I still awake after 2 or 3 hrs but go back to sleep in a few minutes for another hr or so. when I wake I now get up if I can’t get back to sleep and read a book for a little while. I also have tinnitus and the last couple of nights I have used pink noise setting the tablet for an hr and have also gone back to sleep essentially getting close to 7 hrs of sleep which is wonderful after dealing with a couple of hrs of sleep. I have removed the bright bulbs in my bathroom and hall also and when going to bed I don’t turn on the light in the bedroom but use the light filtering in from the hallway.

Going to see my Audiologist soon to get help with this if it don’t improve ( I am hearing impaired). I will check back later once I get some improvement in the tinnitus and still need help with sleep.
