      Just found this site and already it has helped. I have been suffering really badly since Early December 2020 with being unable to sleep due to anxiety having nights of no sleep and rarely more than 5 hours, I was getting so worried I was doing myself real harm. The advice here that I would be alright on little sleep and that if I am awake but relaxed I can stay in bed without having to get up has been a real help to me already
      I have now realised I have been suffering insomnia for several years without really knowing it as I often wake in the night do some reading or empty the dishwasher then go back to bed. I am looking forward to getting improved sleep with the help on this site.
