      I have struggled with serious insomnia for most of my adult life (I’m 37 now). I have only ever taken sleeping tablets which made it much worse, in recent years I have been taking melatonin which was a relief as I found it worked well for me without terrible side effects. I recently found out I am pregnant and now want to put in the work to get to the root cause of my sleep issues and behaviours as I don’t want to go into the next phase of my life ( which will be more sleep deprivation of another kind) without the tools to get to bed easily and stress free when I need too.
