      Martin,

Deb and I had a question. Are there any times yo start a person out on less than a 5.5 hour window? Deb was thinking maybe if you knew the person can function on less sleep moreso than others.

Also, not too long ago in another thread, you published a long list of things to do while waiting for your sleep window to open or if you have to get up to practice SC. I was looking for the thread but can’t find it. Do you have the list handy? I’m running out of things to do. Maybe you should make it a separate category in the Resource section of the menu. Thanks.

I don’t normally suggest a sleep window of fewer than five-and-a-half hours because I am a believer in the idea that most of us can get by with around five-and-a-half hours of “core sleep” so it’s good to at least give ourselves the opportunity to achieve this.

Things to do as your sleep window approaches can be found in the thread on how to avoid microsleeps and dozing.

        I hope this helps!
