      I’ve had insomnia for 20 years or more. In the last year its gotten worse. I mostly wake up from about 2 am on. I sometimes get back to sleep but often not. If I get too stimulated through the day, I can’t get to sleep. I think I’ve identified some of the issues but I remain frustrated and run down. I think my blood sugar crashed in the night and I wake up because of that. I’m looking forward to learning more about sleep. Even though I’ve had this issue for many years, I admit, I am not as educated on insomnia as I need to be.
