      Hello! Last night was the 13th night of sleep compression schedule (6.5 hr window) and it’s been really hard. I’ve followed the schedule pretty well but my sleep got worse when I started it. I’ve been averaging 2 hrs a night. Before the program I got 2 hrs frequently but then have a week of 5-6 hrs. Anyways I finally got the sleep I craved on night number 10…somewhere around 5-6 hrs! But the last 3 nights have been back to 2-3 hours. I know it takes time but anyone have similar experience? Hard as I try to implement good sleep thoughts and schedule some nights I just lie awake with extreme sleep anxiety.
