      I just thought I would check in.

      I was on here a lot about 18 months to 9 months ago.
      I know how hard insomnia is. I used to have regular nights of nil sleep at all.

      But being on here was one of the things that cured me.

      If you are reading this and suffering and have not signed up for Martin’s regular communications you really ought to. I recall he sent me one automated email tip a day for about 2 to 3 weeks. Can’t recall now how many, exactly.

      All were good and some were really excellent.

      I’d advise you to sign and get them – then print them out and re-read them. I used other sources of help on line and some therapy too, but I do think it was Martin’s work that helped me the best.

      The only thing that could be added is please, I urge you to read the interview Martin did with me in the Success Stories: Success with CBTi and ACT/ Mindfulness, is my one. It is my story of how I beat this thing.

      In it I add I hope some useful insights as to why I think insomnia is a kind of obsession – and if you view it like this, you will also find it easier to see a way out of it – and get better, as I did.
