Does anyone use windows live messenger, yahoo, skype, etc?

I already have someone on my WLM from here, but if ore of you's use it, we should all add each other and get to know each other more!

Perhaps even better – I wonder if we could install some kind of live chat client on the site, and have weekly web chat sessions?

I guess the issue would be timezones – so maybe all of us that are interested in a weekly chat session can tell us the timezone they are in, and what days/times would be convenient for them.

Let's see if we can come to a compromise that would suit everyone.

Um, let me think here. I'm Mountain Standard, so that's I believe GMT (-7:00). However, if I happen to be awake at the time the chats are scheduled I'll haul my computer to bed and chat.

GMT here, I use Y! Messenger, MSN (rarely) and Skype, Skype is always on.

I'm on Gtalk mostly (chaosnemain at gtalk), sometimes on MSN (candygothcoffeefreak at hotmail dot com) rarely on Yahoo (caersmane at yahoo dot com) and I log on to Skype (caersmane…I think. Or just Caers) only when I schedule a call with someone, but don't mind logging on to chat. I rarely do voice or video chat since it gives me hives.

I'm in the UK, and I have two kids (one with autism) so later at night, after 9 or 10ish GMT is good for me.

I use Skype and Google Wave mostly but I'd definitely make myself available for a weekly Insomnialand chat.

I'm GMT +1 at the moment (British Summer Time). I'm good for most days between between 10am and 10pm GMT but not Thursday mornings or Saturdays.

I love the chat client/weekly chat idea. I've long thought it would be perfect to have something like that here, particularly since all of us are from all over, so that there's someone to talk to when we are up early/late, and a weekly chat would be awesome though tricky timing. I am West Coast, U.S. Maybe we could have more than one “weekly” chat like offer 2 times maybe since we're such an international community.
