      Since my fifties, 20 years ago, I have had problems sleeping. I have always had a bath and gone to bed at 11pm. I cannot change this routine. It will not fit in with the recommended reading or watching TV, etc, to relax before bed. I cannot see me getting up in the ealry hours when I cannot sleep. The house will be too cold.

      Sometimes, I an unable to get off to sleep, but my real problem is waking at 1.oo or 2.00 am and only getting a light doze from 5 to 6am.
