      Hi I'm back!

My sleep has been marginally better, largely I think due to exhaustion. I seem to be going through a strange dream phase at the moment, for some reason involving trains, where I can't get a ticket for where I'm going or I am not stopping at the stop I want to get off at – I am shopping at markets and malls in the dark – or dreams surrounding food or lack of! I think I am going through a mid life crisis; I feel dissatisfied with work, work at home and feeling that all work and no play makes me a dull girl! I have decided to take up horse riding again and am going to join a gym to give me hobbies outside the home and am trying, desperately, to research for a novel I have had in mind for years – so if there are any dream analysists out there who have a clue as to what these wierd dreams are trying to tell me your input would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I think dreams are a rare commodity around here so I am not sure if anyone will be able to come forward with an analysis for you, but you never know – perhaps I'll include this post in the next Insomniac Bulletin.

Sorry to hear of your exhaustion, but hey – if it's allowing you to get some sleep, at least there's a silver lining.

I am not a dream analytst but from your subject line I got thinking. Does insomnia creep up on us as we approach middle age? Is it a lifestage thats perhaps natural but when we worry about it it becomes permanent?
