      Hallo, thank you for allow me to participate in this forum. I hope it’ll help me to get my biggest challlenge: to be able to sleep wihtout be awake every two hours. I don’t have problems to get sleep but two or three hours later I be awake and I have difficulties to get sleep again. When I do, I weak up to hours later… all nigth in this way…

        Welcome! Are you implementing a sleep window? Do you feel like you’re going to bed only when you’re sleepy or because it’s a specific time every night? When you have those middle of the night awakenings, are you lying in bed feeling anxious or are you calm and relaxed?
