      I am having a sleep issue for over 10 years.
      Currently, I sleep about 1.5 hours per night without a sleeping pill, and 3hours with a sleeping pill.
      I am desperate to solve this sleep problem, otherwise it affects all aspects of my life
      Expecting to have support and encouragement from this forum

          Hello Bayarmaa and welcome to the forum. First of all, have you looked into cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)?

          At the current time, when do you go to bed at night and when do you get out of bed to start your day? Do you tend to find it hard to fall asleep at the start of the night, or is your challenge more to do with sleeping through the entire night?
