    I used to sleep late at night or early morning and then i suddenly switched to sleep from 9 pm to 4am and this lead to my midnight awakening and this lead to me worrying about sleep and hence i got caught in insomnia and now i continuosly worry about what to do to sleep well all night. I know that i have to let go all my struggle for sleeping but its very tough for me to let go the desire for sleep .I hope one day i will also sleep well like everybody does.
