        I’m working on sticking to my bedtime routine, which includes setting a reminder and ensuring I get enough sleep. My biggest challenges are actually following the bedtime reminder and making sure I get those precious hours of rest.

          Best wishes to you! But sleep isn’t something you need to work on as it’s natural and already innate in everyone

            I have a reasonably good night every other night then have no sleep at all the following night. Sleep nights and totally sleepless nights alternate. I can’t figure out why this is.

              Hi Chrissie,
              How are you doing now? I have just the same problem and joined this forum to see if there are others like me. I only meet people who either wake up to early or can’t get to sleep till the early hours. I used to be one of those and that was bad enough but this is hell.
              Have you found any help from Martin?

                I have no trouble falling asleep now, which is a big blessing, although occasionally the odd sleepless night turns up. However, I have trouble staying asleep all night and often find it hard to get back to sleep again. Am beginning to think maybe I don’t need as much sleep as I used to.
