      I’ve been through a lot of stress and depression this past year and now having problems getting to sleep and staying asleep. I tried all the things I ready about to help with sleep but not helping me. I need someone to help me get through this.

        Welcome to the forum, I think you’ll find the information on this site beneficial in restoring your sleep. Are you currently exploring CBT-I techniques? Stressful life events can certainly disrupt our sleep temporarily, but it’s our reaction to those poor night’s rest that can perpetuate our sleep issue. If those stressors no longer exist, what do you think might be causing your sleep issues now?
