Hello all! I am new around here. My major problem is sleep phase disorder. Anyone else here with the same issue?

Welcome to Insomnia Land, Nara. I'll send out your question in the next insomniac bulletin to see if any of our other members have sleep phase disorder, or are able to offer you any tips or advice.

Have you been diagnosed with SPD, or is it something you've figured out by yourself? How long have you been struggling with sleep?

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now! If you would prefer ongoing phone or video coaching calls as part of a powerful three month program that will help you reclaim your life from insomnia, consider applying for the Insomnia Mastery program.

A bit of both. I searched and found a match (pretty much exact) for my symptoms. I spoke with a doctor who said it “could very well” be th problem but was not able to offer much in the way of help.
