      I’m new to the forum, looking to regain my sleep after a serious deterioration in the last two months.  For the last week I’ve only been able to sleep with the use of Benadryl (drowsy anti-histamine) and my anxiety levels at night have been very high, lasting all night and jolting me awake whenever I drift off.

      I’ve tried mindfulness and meditation, as well as calming sleep apps on my phone.  It’s all a bit hit and miss, I can’t say one thing has helped significantly.  I’m interested in trying the sleep restriction technique.  Can anyone share their experience on this?
