New to insomnia

      My name is Elicia. Insomnia is new to me. I have experienced a sleepless night occasionally or less sleep than usual. That changed for me about two weeks ago. I don’t remember any certain trigger, but rather a combination of built up anxiety over the last few months. Since my first night of insomnia, I have had one night of natural sleep. The rest of the times that I have slept were because of sleep medicine. Thankfully, I found Insomnia Coach on youtube. I felt pretty hopeless, and feel like I lost who I am. I’m here to get my sleep and myself back. Thank you!
