New to INSOMNIA

      due to hearing loss I developed Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) which prevented me from falling asleep and staying asleep. the anxiety of not sleeping for almost a week sent me to the doctor . The Dr gave me clonazapam and i slept ok for 6-7 hrs but side affects caused depression . Now I am on a anti depressant and trying to wean off the benzo drug . I need to get my cacadian rhytmn back without these drugs . how can i do that?
      My biggest challenge is that I never feel tired and I worry about my lack of sleep. i dont want to depend on drugs to sleep. help me out coach,
