      I can sleep well most of the time but I do get sleepless nights. This is due to my anxiety. I am hoping to help others and share my troubles. I don’t think about sleep during the day and I usually have a nap during the day. All I do is watch asmr videos until I get drowsy. I don’t have a routine but I brush my teeth and relax and that’s all.
