      Hello everyone,
      Finding this site and now this forum has been refreshing for me. I never had an issue with sleep up until this past month. It has been really hard and really emotional for me. I get about 4 hours of sleep at night (sleep around 1 wake around 5) and it’s almost impossible for me to go back to bed after 5. When I wake up I don’t feel too tired but as the day goes on it catches up to me. I used to sleep 5-6 hours and that was fine for me. I am afraid I will be stuck in this situation forever but I do have hope in CBT I to get me back on track again. I’d love to hear all of your stories and feedback.

        Hi @ritapita!

        Welcome to the forum! Based on what you mentioned, your current sleep time is close to what is was prior to having some sleep disruption and it appears you’re experimenting with cognitive and behavioral therapy for insomnia techniques now. Have you began seeing some success from implementing those methods? Are you experiencing any roadblocks with it?
