New to working on insomnia

      I used to be a pretty great sleeper, but at the end of last year I got mild concussion, I also have OCD and have since I was young. After the concussion I had a couple of rough nights sleeping but it went back to normal. Then a couple months later I had some obsessive worries revolving around the concussion, and started to wake up during the night. At some point I tried going to bed earlier, staying in bed later, and cutting out caffeine(this one actually made it much worse). I’ve been currently dealing with it for 2.5 months..found the podcast and have been implementing techniques.. they are hard but seem to be getting results, I have faith that over the long term this will help
