      Hi,

      I am a newbie to this forum, however suffered with Insomnia for a few months.

      I often have 2 awful night and then one good night. The anxiety is crippling. I spend all my days worrying about sleep!

        Hi @cgloss96,

        Welcome and thanks for posting.

        It can become a vicious cycle – worrying about sleep usually makes sleep more difficult and that leads to even more worry but the good news is that we can break that cycle! When you start to worry about sleep, what is going through your mind? Are you currently implementing CBT-I techniques that can help with our thoughts and behaviors of insomnia?
