      Hi guys, I’m new to the forum
      I found insomnia coach yesterday and listened to the podcasts, I couldn’t believe how much I related
      My sleep issues have largely been down to work and anxiety has gripped me during the day and night.
      I am hoping to learn more and support others in the group as well 😌

          Is there any specific podcasts you recommend me to listen to as I am struggling with anxiety a lot and it is affecting my day to day functions
          Would love any tips that anyone is happy to share as well as the anxiety is the main contributor to my insomnia – I feel like I am
          In a vicious cycle 🙉

            The struggle with anxiety often comes from our attempts to fight or avoid anxiety — that makes sense, since it doesn’t feel good! And yet, since we can’t control our thoughts and feelings, we get tangled up in a struggle as soon as we try to control those things!
