      Night is still young….

For insomniac’s even late night is still young.. some times i get jealous of my siblings, who fall asleep easily by seeing the bed… even they feel fresh in the morning, after good sleep…

I think these sleepless nights make me an introvert, sensitive  looser..

During the sleepless nights i began to think of unnecessary issues…and i over think and overthink…finally it ends up in a worst situation…. even i used to cry for unnecessary matters… which is nt at all bothering me…

Overthinking really kills… everything i take it in emotional sense…anf i could not bear a small issue .. and i will think and overthink about that while sleepless night… and finally end up in crying… morning my eyes will be like tiring…bcz of crying and insomnia… if i didnt ate my supper and hav nt sleeped, the morning will be like out of control…

I dont know how to explain my insomnia problems… worss is jus not enough…i dont know how to explain all those feelings i go through during that time…

Even the insomnia made me phone addict… as iam nt feeling sleepy i use my phone during whole night…

I tried music to get sleep..but it didnt work.. i jus listen to the music…think of the lyrics, video etc…. but never fall asleep….

I think i will post more about my experiences in my coming posts….

Welcome to the forum. Overthinking and an overactive mind at night is a common symptom of chronic insomnia. Usually, when you feel alert and wide awake during the night the best thing to do is get out of bed and only return when you feel relaxed and sleepy again. Unfortunately, using your phone during the night is probably not going to be very helpful since this can keep the mind active at a time when you want it to be relaxing!

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now! If you would prefer ongoing phone or video coaching calls as part of a powerful three month program that will help you reclaim your life from insomnia, consider applying for the Insomnia Mastery program.
