          Dear Ken,

It is so hard, when you are going through this. I was using marijuana for about 3 years to help me sleep, and I don’t think I even knew I had insomnia. It got the point I was taking more and more to “sleep” and it didn’t work any more. I’ve been in the REAL insomnia battle for months now, without using marijuana. some days (nights) I feel crazy, However, I have found Marvin on line, and even though I’m not “fixed” at all, I’m to the point (some days) that I’m ok. Try watching some of this videos–#48 and #60 really helped me. I was ready to start taking marijuana again, after 30 minutes of sleep a whole night, but I made it. It’s a process, not a quick fix. Give yourself space to learn, and sleep less (yes, thank you Marvin.) By the by, I’m 70, so insomnia is no respecter of age. Be kind to you. And eventually, you’ll be able to get off the meds that are not really working anyway…that’s what I’ve learned here…
