      Falling asleep AND staying asleep has been a challenge for the past couple of weeks so I’m hoping insomnia coach can help me get my sleep back.

      Not sure exactly how I fell into this stage of insomnia but it’s real and is really getting on my nerves.

      I have anxiety about going to sleep because I’m worried I won’t be able to fall asleep, and when I do fall asleep I wake up about 4 hours later and can’t fall back to sleep. It’s terrible.
